Questified Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

  • ⅔ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup zero calorie sweetener
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 Quest Pumpkin Pie Bar, minimize into small items
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp almond milk, separated
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sugar free chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and put together a muffin tin with 12 liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir collectively the almond flour, coconut flour, protein, sweetener, baking powder and salt.
