USE TILE LEVELING SYSTEM TO EASILY SOLVE TILING UNEVEN AND SLOWLY

Note:

1. Before putting thetiles, remember to erase some of the cement on the edge of tile. Do not fill upthe tiles with cement. This will prevent the cement from being wrapped in theclamps after the clips are placed. The solidification will affect the removalof the clips.

2. If there is too muchcement in the gap between the tiles, it is recommended to clean them with toolssuch as blades.

3. This grout line is 1/8 inch, but it will be affected by mud and other fillers in actual installation make it slightly larger than 1/8 inch. This is normal phenomenon.

The kit comes with a labor-saving push-on plier, saving your working time.

Tips: Please adjust the pliers’ screws to determine the pushing distance before you push the wedges. It is ensure that each wedge is pushed at the same distance, then it will be same level of tile.

The labor-saving leverdesign has large clamping force.

Push the wedges & tile spacers to make it tightly fixed.

The 6 gearpositions can be adjusted to save effort and comfort.

One tile is recommended to use 4 tile leveler spacers, 12”square tiles (Laying area approximately 75 sq.ft), 6”x 20”(Laying area approximately 62.5 sq.ft) and 12”x 24”(Laying area approximately 150 sq.ft.). If tile is large, it is recommended to use 6 spacers.

You could choose how many sets you want according to the size of your area.

INSTALLATION STEPS

1. Place the spacer according to the size of the tile.

2. Square the tile and tap it with a rubber hammer or level ruler.

3. Insert tile wedges and push it.

4. Push the wedge with pliers.

5. Clean the gap with blade between the cement.

6. When the ceramic tile glue or cement dries up, knock with a rubber hammer or kick off

7. We designed this break-point, in case it breaks inside tiles when do tile installation. If you use tile spacers first time, we suggest you use few tile spacers to develop a feeling for breaking point, then you could get use of it, and it will give you amazing results.

8. Tile wedges is reusable, tile spacers is disposable, the base part of the spacer is left under the tiles after installation.
