A fan or an A/C is recommended. The main purpose of weighted blanket is to keep the body temperature at room temperature.

If you are taller than 5’9”, you should choose 60”x80”or 86”x92” sized weighted blanket with the length over 80” long, otherwise the length of the blanket may not be enough to cover your feet.

Please allow yourself 15-20 days to get used to the weighted blanket and experience all its benefits.

Weighted blankets are designed to be used by individuals for optimal weight distribution. Each member of a couple should use his or her own weighted blankets or couples should prefer the blankets weighing 86×92, 25 lbs or 30 lbs.
