Check Inlet Steel Ball Position Before Initial Use –If the inlet steel ball is stick tight on the valve due to lubricating oil dry up, please press it inside to avoid no suction of paint.

Locate suction hose connection point to the valve

Make sure the power plug is disconnected. Locate where suction hose connects to the valve.

Disconnect the suction hose

Loosen tube clamp and disconnect the hose from the valve.

Flip the paint sprayer upside down

Carefully turn the paint sprayer upside down.

Push the steel ball to inside

Use a screwdriver, press the steel ball inside. Reconnect and tight up the suction hose. It’s ready to go now. Please fully clean the machine after each use.
