The Spruce Best Home by KILZ Chalky Finish Paint is an ultra matte decorative chalk-finish paint for upcycling furniture and more. It will revive vintage furniture or create timeworn touches to new pieces in your home. Can be brushed or rolled onto old or new wood, cast stone, concrete, glass, metal, wicker and more. Available in 16 colors including classic neutrals and on-trend pops of color. To enhance durability, apply The Spruce Best Home by KILZ Clear Sealing Wax once your paint is dry. To create an antique look, follow with our Dark Sealing Wax. Dries to the touch in 1 hour, recoat after 2 hours. Covers 60-100 sq. ft. per quart. Two coats is recommended for most projects. Shake or stir can well before application. This is a low odor and low VOC* product (*VOC: <50 g/L, the addition of colorants may add VOCs). This is a water-based, 100% acrylic product that cleans up with soap and water. Read entire paint can before you start your project.
