Step 4: Put the tray in your mouth and press the power button (10-15mins treatment time).
Step 5: 10 minutes later, the built-in timer alarm will ring, please remove the dental tray and wash your mouth. (you can choose use another 5-10 minutes if you want)
Step 6: Rinse away any existing gel, clean the dental tray
