FAQ

Q: Why the smart watch alaways disconnect?

A: you need to keep “Da fit” running in the background, it may due to the manslaughter by the smartphone operating system if no coming call, text messages or notification is received or smart watch disconnected, you can set it according to the steps:

1). Find ” Da fit” in Automatic Start-Up Management in Security Center or Phone settings and turn on the switch.

2). Lock ” Da fit” in the page of recently opened programs

Note: If third-party security software is installed in your phone, you also need to add ” Da fit” to the white list of applications.

Q: Why I can not receive the messages from my social media app,like facebook, twitter, instagram etc?

A: Firstly please open the permissions for the Da fit app in your smartphone, then Select” Notifications” in Da fit App, check if you have allowed the social media apps push messages to you, Turn on the switch to synchronize related information to your smart watch, if still can not receive when all have been done, refer to question 1.

Q: Why doesn’t the watch count steps?

A: When the watch is sleeping, the watch does not count steps. For example, when you wake up in the morning, the watch needs to be awake before it starts counting steps, Put on your watch and walk dozens of steps in the awakened state to see if you can count steps. Step counting is an automatic learning process, which automatically adapts to different people’s behaviors.

Q: How to check the battery level of the watch?

A: You can check it on the Da fit app interface or long-press the watch faces to check the battery level

Q: How to connect the watch to the phone/how to synchronize data?

A: For android phones: 1. Turn on the bluetooth 2. start the Da fit APP 3. Select” add a device”, select your bracelet in the petition list.

after successfully connected, the smartwatch data will synchronize to the “Da fit” app.(Please do not connect the smartwatch bluetooth in smartphone bluetooth setting, if you connected, please cancel the pair, otherwise it will affect you connection between your watch and the app).

For iphone: 1. Turn on the Bluetooth 2. start the “Da fit” app. 3. Click”add a device”, select the bracelet in the petition list. if will pop up a pairing box, select “pairing”, after successfully connected, the smartwatch data will synchronize to the “Da fit” app

Q: Why there has no sleep data when I wear a watch to sleep?

A: If physical activity is too frequent during sleep, the quality of sleep is poor, and the watch is recognized as a non-sleep state, and sleep will be recorded only when the time to fall asleep is between 8pm and 10am.

Q: Why doesn’t the watch display weather information?

A: When you want to check the real-time weather, open the APP, and the watch is successfully connected to obtain the weather data

A: When the watch is successfully connected to the APP, select the Music play button on the watch, and the song will automatically play on the phone, and you can switch the song on the watch

Q: Can I use this watch to make calls?

A: This watch can not make phone calls, we can only get notifications if somebody makes calls to us, need to make calls by smartphones

Q: How do I change the language of the watch?

A: Firstly, select” Others” in Dafit App, select “Languages”, there have 13 country’s languages to be selected.

Q: Your listing shows there have 200+ watch faces, while on the watch, there only have 3 watch faces,what happend?

A: you need to connect your watch with your smartphone firstly, then find 200+ watches on smartphone, download the watch faces you like on smartphone, the face of the watches will change accordingly, can also customize by selecting any pictures you want on smartphone.

Q: Your listing writes that it has alarm clock function, but I do not see the function in smart watch, what is wrong?

A: you need to set the alarm clock on your phones by select” Alarms”,Set the alarms to save, can remind you to drink water or take medicines.
