RP46074 Universal Valve Cartridge Assembly for MultiChoice Universal Valves from 2007~present, Single-handle, temperature control hot and cold water only. (NOT fits for Monitor Valve From 1993-2007.)
Please make sure your Delta shower rough-in style, and choose the correct cartridge.

Installing a new cartridge returns the faucet to like new condition. Designed to provide single-function pressure-balance temperature control and is built for use with a Delta MultiChoice Universal valve body . This replacement cartridge is easy to install and by stopping the leak to save water, energy, and money!

METHOD OF USAGE:
Step 1:shut off the water supply to the tub/shower.
Step 2:remove the knob center cap.
Step 3:unscrew and remove the knob.
Step 4:slide off the outside sleeve.
Step 5:remove the brass bonnet .try by hand first, or gently use channel-lock pliers.
Step 6:remove the old cartridge.
Step 7:feel for any deposits or debris inside pipe.clean as needed.
Step 8:insert the new cartridge.
Step 9:thread and tighten the brass bonnet.
Step 10:if you remove the backing plate, clean the old caulk away and clean all parts.
Step 11:slide the outer sleeve back on.
Step 12:replace the backing plate and screw it in place.
Step 13:replace the knob and screw in place.
Step 14:replace the center cap.

【Adjust Temperature】Firstly, pull the disc back to a position that possible to remove the Rotational Limit Stop. Then, re-adjust the teeth engagement position to the required temperature. Note that clockwise will decrease the outlet temperature, and counterclockwise will increase the outlet temperature. Depending on inlet water conditions, each tooth (notch)’s temperature may vary from 4° to 16°F. Repeat as needed, push disc until it’s completely seated.
