The TF card slot sits below the camera lens, push the camera lens upwards to insert or remove a TF card. (The TF Card is not included in the package.)

If WiFi connects fail, please check if the WIFI is available with 2.4GHz signal, then press the reset button on the back of the camera to restart

Cloud Storage is additional plan. You can use the camera normally even without subscribing to the cloud service
