Usage Tips:

After washing the griddle, dry promptly and thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.

In case of stuck-on grime after cooking, it may be helpful to soak in water, or add water and boil for a few minutes.

Store in a dry and ventilated place when not in use.
