2. Viscosity cup measure the viscosity of the paint. Passes through the viscosity cup in 20-30s is ok, 24-28s is best.You can also dilute according to the actual situation to obtain the best viscosity.

Cleaning Brush & Pin

1.A cleaning brush & an needle to unclog any hardened paint left in the machine.

2.All parts of the spray paint sprayer are removable for easy cleaning.

1. Methods to prevent damage to the machine

(1). When the spray gun is standing still, the machine is placed as shown in the first picture. Other placement methods will cause the paint to flow back into the motor and damage the motor.

(2). When the spray gun is spraying upwards, the trigger cannot be released, otherwise the paint will flow back into the motor and cause damage to the machine.

(3). The machine can not spray vertically upwards, when spraying the top, the spray can be inclined 45°.

(4).Do not run for a long time without paint & water,the paint sprayer will died.

2.How to prevent the nozzles from clogging ?

(1). Use the right paint thickness or dilute the paint before using.

(2). Wash it immediately after painting. It comes with a cleaning brushes and a clogging needle to unclog any hardened paint left in the machine.

(3). then fill the container with clean water and spray it for 60s to remove paint from the valve core. If the nozzle is blocked, it will cause – no spray or uneven spray.
