Q3：How to connect the watch with a phone?

A3：1、You need to download the “Da fit” app in the ‘Google play’ or ‘app Store’. Then bind/connect the watch in the APP (“”Device—Bind Device—V23—Confirm””), then the data including the date and time will sync automatically. (App requires: IOS 9.0 and above or Android 4.4 and above, smartphone only, not for PC, iPad, or Tablet. )

Q4：How to get the message notification?

A4：1.Open Phone/Messaging/Call log permissions open when you first download the ‘Da Fit’ app;

2. Please make sure that the ‘Da Fit’ app notification is open in your phone’s setting: Settings>Notifications>Da Fit /ins /Facebook（and other APP you need to receive message）>Allow Notifications;

3. Turn on Notification in the ‘Da Fit’ app: Open App>Click on Notification>Allow notification，Click ‘√’ icon to save>setting done.

4. Run the ‘Da Fit’ app in the phone background and make sure the device is paired with your phone successfully.
