How we got our start?

The Anchor gym was forged out of necessity & survival. Finding a fitness system that could anchor all gym accessories was impossible. Rather than settle for less, we decided to invent one! U.S based, family owned, company in business since 2007

The Anchor Gym CORE Station (3 units, 6 anchoring points) is a modular functional training station designed to safely anchor resistance bands, body weight straps, stretch straps and more. It’s easy to use, delivers hundreds of great exercises, takes up zero floor space and is very affordable.
EASY TO USE: With the patented open-faced design of its T-bar safety hook, the Anchor Gym makes transitions between exercises as easy as looping and pulling. No need for cumbersome clip hooks, carabineers, or fasteners.
STRONG, RELIABLE AND EASY TO INSTALL: Made of solid steel components, the Anchor Gym is a space-saving powerhouse capable of supporting up to 800 lbs. of resistance.
INSTALLATION: Wood mounting hardware is included. For concrete or block walls use 5 /16” (diameter) x 2.5” (length) sleeve anchors (not included). Detailed installation instructions are included in the Digital Owner’s Manual on Page 13. Note: To avoid over torquing and breaking a bolt, drill a 1/4” diameter pilot hole, 2.5” deep. To avoid stripping, do not over tighten bolts.
