1. Q: How to sync this watch with your mobile phone (Note: For Android 5. 1 and above or iOS 8. 0 and above, Bluetooth 4. 0 and above smartphones only, not for pc or tablet.)

Download the ‘PubuFit’ APP by scaning QR code of the manual, or search ‘PubuFit’ from Google Play or APP store;

Open main page of the ‘PubuFit’ APP ( TO ADD )–>connect the device named P21–>Click the ‘P21’ on your screen–>Click the ‘Confirm Bind Device’; The request for bluetooth pairing will appear in IOS system and click “pair”. Android system can be directly connected.

2. Q: What to do if the watch not hold a charge?

Contact the seller for help (Go to Your Order–> Find the order ID in the list–> Click ‘Contact with us’)

3. Q: What to do if I can’t receive the Call/Text Messages/SNS notifications?

Make sure the Bluetooth is connected>-Make sure your phone allows the PubuFit app to send notifications (Go to your phone settings–> Apps–>Find the “PubuFit” app –>Switch on “Allow Notifications” and “Permissions”)

4. Q: What to do if I can’t get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?

Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection, you need to bind the watch to the app again.
