What is the Return Policy? If it is a product quality problem, you can contact the AIHOOR for a return or exchange within 1 year after your purchase date, and the seller will bear all the costs. If you bought it by mistake or don’t like it, please contact Amazon via your order detail page to return it within 30 days of receipt. How Long the Battery Last? The battery of the earbuds is divided into 2 parts. The earbuds part can be used for 5 hours. The charging case part can fully charge the earbuds 5 times, so it is 25 hours. So the total time of battery is 30 hours. No Sound on One Side? (1) Please tap the silent side for 5 sec to see if there is a “POWER ON” prompt. (2) If there is no prompt, please try to press and hold for 10 sec to check if there is a “POWER OFF” prompt. If not, please check if the charging pin part of the earbud is blocked. After cleaning, put it back in case and press firmly to ensure that the charging pins are in good contact. Retest after 30 minutes of charging. (3) If there is a prompt, but still no sound. Check out the video below to reset the earbuds. Two A2 in the Bluetooth List? If you find that there are two A2s in the Bluetooth search list, it means that the two sides of the earbuds have not successfully formed a team. You can refer to the reset video below to re-pair the earbuds. Unable to Charge the Earbuds? (1) Please remove the blue insulating sticker before charge. (2) Change to lower-watt charger (3) Contact seller for replacement Touch Control is Too Sensitive (1) When adjusting the wearing angle, please try to avoid touching the touch area. (2) When double-clicking or triple-clicking, you can try to be as fast as possible. A slow click will be recognized as a single click. Volume is Too Low in Music (1) Adjust phone volume. (2) Tap and hold RIGHT earbuds to increase volume. (3) Open the music player App and adjust the phone volume. (4) Check the video in below to adjust your phone settings. Can the Earbuds Be Washed? NO. You can clean it with wet cloth or Earbud Cleaning Putty. Is the Case Waterproof? NO. Only the ear pieces are IPX4 waterproof which protects against rain or sweat. The Sound is Choppy? The Bluetooth signal uses the 2.4G Hz channel and may be interfered in complex signal environments, such as other Bluetooth or WIFI. This may result in interruptions in the signal or freezing of the sound. Can 2 Devices Be Connected? The earbuds can be paired with multiple devices, but it can only be connected to one device at a time (usually the closest device or the last connected device). While in the same environment (<32ft), if you need to pair with another device, you need to turn off the Bluetooth of the previous device or unpair the earbuds from the saved Bluetooth devices. Each Side Connected Separately Please reset the earbuds by following the reset instruction video in below. Poor Noise Cancelling? The A2 doesn’t have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), it can only passively isolate external sounds through the ear tips. If you need stronger noise cancellation, buy the A4 with Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation which will reduce ambient noise by 35dB. Inconsistent Volume? (1) Check the unbalanced sound video in below.
