The GO1 outdoor security camera is compatible with FAT32 Micro SD cards (sold separately) up to 128G. Videos can be exported in MP4 format from the SD card. FAQ

Do this support 5G Wi-Fi?

No, we do not support 5G for the time being.

It won’t connect to my Wi-Fi. What should I do?

1-Please upgrade the Arenti app to the latest version 3.1.2 or newer, otherwise, the app may give an error message.

2-Please follow the steps below:

A. Wi-Fi password should not contain the characters like or , etc; Wi-Fi name and password should not exceed 32 digits.

B. Make sure the device indicator light is flashing red slowly (twice a second) and then add the camera according to the app’s prompt.

C. If the QR code distribution network is unsuccessful, please use other methods to distribute the network.(Click Help on the QR code interface to choose manual connection)

How to see the actual battery percentage?

“HOME”>”GO1 display screen”> “Settings” > “Basic Function” > “Power management”

Why does my battery life so poor?

Reminder: Fully charge when using for the first time.

1. It is recommended not to install the camera on the side of the road or in a crowded scene.

2. Try not to point the camera at a heat source similar to an outside air conditioner or facing the sun’s rays to avoid false triggering of PIR.

3. Adjust the sensitivity of the alarm to reduce the camera’s motion detection range.

4. An alarm plan and the alarm interval of the cameracan be set to reasonably plan the camera’s alarm time period.

5. It is recommended to place the camera in a working environment with a smooth and stable network.
