Is there such a factor as an “RF-S mount”?

I assumed that “RF-S” lenses would match on regular RF mount, in addition to on crop cameras, however that full-frame fashions would electronically recognise RF-S lenses, and crop the body accordingly?

Or have I obtained it improper?
